Featured In Brides | A Moroccan Inspired Wedding at Parker Palm Springs

We are beyond excited to share that Heather and Jeff’s stunning wedding has been featured in Brides! I had the incredible honor of working with this lovely couple to bring their vibrant, Moroccan-inspired celebration to life at the Parker Palm Springs.

When Heather and Jeff first set out to plan their big day, they envisioned a Moroccan destination wedding. However, they quickly realized that a trek to Morocco would be too far for their 112 guests. That’s when Heather stumbled upon a print by Gray Malin, “The Camel Porter,” which depicted a camel in front of the Parker Palm Springs. The venue was the perfect setting for their colorful celebration, and from there, their desert dream took shape!

Together, we crafted a stunning design that highlighted warm tones, including the newly announced Verona Sunset, which is the Brides + Minted 2025 Color of the Year. We worked to transform the venue into a Moroccan-inspired oasis with vibrant oranges, pinks, and yellows, while still keeping the desert charm of Palm Springs.

The wedding day was filled with unforgettable moments, including Heather’s orange-hued gown (crafted by the talented Julie Ireland), a surprise first look, and a musical procession that got everyone on their feet. It was all about creating a day that reflected Heather and Jeff’s personalities and love for fun and hospitality. Their focus was on celebrating with their closest friends and family, and the result was a joyful, unforgettable experience.

From the welcome party at Seymour’s, where guests enjoyed spicy blackberry margaritas, to the pink-and-white checkered dance floor, every detail was carefully designed to capture their vision. It was an absolute pleasure to see this beautiful couple’s dream come to life!
